At CODITICS, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Digital Services
Since our services involve digital solutions, software development, consulting, branding, and other professional services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Work has not yet commenced.
- CODITICS is unable to deliver the agreed services.
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed project milestones
- Design concepts that have been delivered
- Custom software development
- Digital marketing campaigns already executed
- Domain registration, hosting, software licenses, or third-party service fees
- Consultation fees
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation in writing. Any completed work will be billed according to the agreed project milestones.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
