- Reusable code libraries

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Respond to approval requests promptly.
- Ensure they own or have permission to use all supplied content.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
CODITICS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software. CODITICS is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policies of third-party providers.
10. Project Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. The client will remain responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date.
11. Warranty
CODITICS provides a limited warranty period for fixing defects related to delivered work as specified in the project agreement. This warranty does not cover new feature requests or changes beyond the agreed scope.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CODITICS is registered, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
